The Center for Evidence-Based Management is a not-for-profit member organisation. Our mission is to help organisations make better decisions. By becoming a member you support that mission and become part of an international community of practitioners, educators and scholars that promotes evidence-based practice in management.

Community
As a CEBMa member you can network with other EBMgt professionals through the CEBMa Member Forum. This way you can tap into an international community to ask questions or share your ideas and expertise.
Education
By becoming a CEBMa member you can enhance your evidence-based management skills and knowledge through the online learning modules we have developed in cooperation with Carnegie Mellon University (CMU). Professional members have access to all (15) modules and receive an official CEBMa/CMU certificate. Read more about the content of our course modules here.
Evidence Reviews (REAs)
CEBMa supports organisations by conducting a Rapid Evidence Assessment (REA), a specific method that aims to identify ‘the best available scientific evidence’ on a specific topic. As a (professional) member you have exclusive access to the more than 40 REAs CEBMa has conducted on topics as varied as financial incentives, psychological safety, diversity and inclusion, organizational culture, performance feedback, leadership, mental wellbeing, and knowledge worker performance.
Professional recognition
As a CEBMa member, your name, professional profile, headshot, and a link to your own website will be visible in CEBMa’s Membership Directory. As a professional member, your completed course modules will also be visible, demonstrating to employers, clients and peers that you are a trusted professional with evidence-based practice skills certified by CEBMa.
Research articles
As a CEBMa member you have access to the most relevant research databases in management with in-depth coverage for more than 3,000 journals, over 2,000 of which are available in full text. Associate members have access to ABI/INFORM Global and Business Source Elite, professional members have also access to PsycINFO.
